All treatments are carried out by a registered nurse using sterile, single-use equipment and strict hygiene protocols. Every treatment is preceded by a personal consultation and suitability assessment, and treatment only proceeds where it is clinically appropriate.

Can I receive treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most aesthetic injectable treatments are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please share this during your consultation so suitable alternatives or timings can be discussed.
How can I reschedule an appointment?
You can reschedule by replying to your confirmation email or messaging Ornela on WhatsApp. We ask for as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to another client.
